2. Data collection on this website

Contact form

If you send us enquiries via the contact form, the details you provide in the enquiry form, including the contact details you enter there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. This includes your name, email address and message, your answer as to how you became aware of us, and – optionally – a budget range. An additional field that is invisible to humans serves solely to detect automated spam submissions.

Audience measurement (cookie-free web analytics)

This website uses self-hosted, cookie-free web analytics to evaluate the use of the website statistically (e.g. page views, scroll depth, buttons clicked and project views opened). Only anonymous event data is processed, on our own server: no cookies are set, no information is stored in the browser, no IP addresses are stored and no data is passed on to third parties. A random identifier, held in memory only for the duration of the page visit, serves solely to count related page views; it does not allow any link to an individual person. When the contact form is used, we only record that an enquiry was attempted or sent and which answer category was chosen for “How did you find me?” (e.g. “Google”) – not the content of the enquiry. For the cost calculator, we count for which project type “Discuss without obligation” was clicked. Browsers with “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control enabled are excluded from measurement.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the statistical evaluation and improvement of the website). As no cookies are set and no information is stored on or read from your device, consent under Section 25 TDDDG (German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act) is not required.

4. Disclosure of data

Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties for purposes other than those listed below. We only pass on your personal data to third parties if:

5. Storage period

Your data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected. For contact enquiries, this is the case when the respective conversation has ended and all related matters have been conclusively resolved.
