Auction platform where vetted yacht brokers compete with sealed offers for the mandate to sell a yacht. Laravel backend with REST API, role-based authentication (owner, broker, admin), Stripe Hosted Checkout with server-side verification and a transaction-safe credit system; React frontend with TypeScript, PostgreSQL database. Live after 12 weeks; 20 had been agreed.
DARMEL e. K. · Cleaning services
Business website for the cleaning company DARMEL e. K. with a GDPR-compliant contact form and 51 landing pages (ten cleaning services for Augsburg, Stadtbergen, Königsbrunn, Friedberg and Gersthofen) – it replaces a website that was barely visible on Google. Lighthouse mobile for the home page, measured on 14 September 2026: Performance 90, SEO 100.

Prerendered React website with Lighthouse Performance 97 (mobile, as of September 2026), cookie-free first-party analytics, Schema.org data and llms.txt – all content is in the source without JavaScript, readable for Google, ChatGPT and Gemini.

EnquireAll packages are GDPR-compliant – starter website, business website and web apps. The starter website also gets an individual design, not a template. A CMS is added when your content changes often – whether you need one is something we clarify in the initial call.
I work in milestones: a deposit before the project starts, then one payment after each accepted milestone. You book hosting and domain yourself – I tell you exactly what you need and set everything up. After completion you receive the full repository; the code and content belong to you. I take over existing Laravel and React projects including security updates – at €95/hour or as a maintenance contract. All prices are final prices. Under § 19 of the German VAT Act (small business rule), no VAT is charged.

By answering your customers’ questions directly and in a machine-readable way: copy that gives the answer in the first paragraph, structured data (Schema.org), an llms.txt for AI crawlers and a fast loading time. That is exactly how this website is built – my last two clients found me through ChatGPT and Gemini respectively.
